Pattern #1:

While standing … Tap sticks high x 2

Tap sticks x 2 to the right
Tap sticks x 2 to the left
Repeat above x 4 for 32 counts.

Chorus:

Grapevine R — Kick (step to the right side with right foot, back behind right foot with left foot, step to the right side with right foot, and lift the left leg up and clap with sticks under the leg.).
Repeat gravevine — Kick to the L, R, L (16 counts).

Walk forward x 3 (hitting sticks together with each step) and kick left leg up and tap toes with stick.
Walk back x 3 (hitting sticks together with each step) and tap right foot beside left on the fourth beat (and lift sticks above the head).
Squatting down, alternate taps on the floor, x 12 (R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L).

Repeat Pattern #1
Chorus: Same as above chorus, but only x 4 taps (R, L, R, L)
Repeat Pattern #1, but only do x 2 instead of x 4
