Set-Up:
Designate three lines (marked by cones or lines on the basketball court) that are about 30 feet apart. Each line is further designated as the “Gold” “Silver” or “Bronze.” Divide the class into three groups and assign a group to each of the three lines to start the activity as seen below:

Description:
Direct all of the students to find a partner and play a game of “Rock, Paper, Scissors.” If the player starts at the Gold Line and wins, they stay there. If they lose, they quickly move to the Silver Line. Winners at the Silver Line move to the Gold Line; losers move to the Bronze Line, and so on. Play for 2-3 minutes or as time and student interest dictate.
