Jan Bremer from North Canton, Ohio submitted these four bulletin boards for grades K-8.

Here are four bulletin board ideas that we have used at our school. Each bulletin board proclaims a positive message for physical activity and keeping healthy.

“Give Yourself the Gifts of Good Fitness”: Christmas packages under the tree tell what is needed to be physically fit and healthy. Examples: eating healthy food, drinking plenty of water, doing aerobic activities, and strength training.

“Don’t End Up Like Humpty, Learn How to Tumble Safely”: This bulletin board helps our students to tumble safety and with confidence. It has pictures of children correctly performing gymnastic activities.

“Strike It Rich”: This board is covered with pictures of dollar bills and bowling balls. Each of the bowling balls has a specific bowling courtesy tip and scoring directions.

“Aerobic or Anaerobic”: This bulletin board has the definition of aerobic and anaerobic exercise and a series of physical activities.

It helps our students to know the different activities and how they benefit from them.
